This privacy policy explains how D’Well and its allied organisations handles your personal information and data when you act as a respondent to our market research studies.

This privacy policy applies to all the products, services and websites offered by D'Well and their affiliates, except where otherwise noted. We refer to those products, services and websites collectively as the “services” in this policy. 
Purpose of collection and usage of your information
D’Well is a market research company doing research for its clients and own purpose. We need your valuable opinion for our research to authenticate, analyse and conclude data and findings in our reports

Our Research studies are conducted based on code and conduct of ESOMAR, MRA, AMSRS and EphMRA based on client’s requirement and objectives of project 
Why we select you
We select you as a respondent to our research based on the profile disclosed by you to us or to public media. Based on this profile, D’Well or our client feels that your opinion is valuable to our research.

We safeguard your contact information
we won’t sell,disclose or publish any personal information without your consent. We do not sell your survey data to third parties without taking your consent.We don’t use your data for marketing or any other purposes.

We hold your personal data securely
We keep personal data safely in our/clients place for analysis purpose, we won’t keep your individual opinion more than 90 days after compiling the report. After 90 days We keep only the report for the purpose of reference.

Owner of survey data
D’Well and its sister concerns or clients are the owners of all data disclosed by you.

What information we collect
In the course of your participation in the Study, you may be requested to provide comments, feedback ideas, reports, suggestions, data or other information to D’Well (collectively "Feedback"). Your voice and/or image may be recorded and such recording will also be considered "Feedback" . D’Well may use any Feedback You provide to develop and enhance client’s current or future products and services. You need not disclose to D’Well any third-party information that you are obligated to maintain as confidential .

What information we collect

Non disclosure agreement (NDA)
Any feedback You communicate to D’Well is kept confidential and any information provided to You by D’Well and clients during the Study period shall be considered confidential. You will be requested to accept non disclosure agreement (NDA) before your response to research questions.

Processing data after your response
Collective responses from different respondents like you is analysed together based on logical, empirical, statistical or psychological approach and it is presented in our report without disclosing your personal identity.

Use of reports based on your data
We do not disclose any report based on your data to third parties without your consent, D’Well or client will use this for their present or future strategies.

Information Security
We maintain all proper physical, electronic and procedural security measures to protect survey data and personal information.

Changes in Privacy policy
We may update this policy from time to time by posting new version on the D’Well Research Website. Please refer to this policy regularly.
